All purchases made on our website are final. CXT Performance Peptides does not issue monetary refunds and does not accept returns.
Verified Product Issues
If you believe there is a problem with a product you received, contact us at support@cxtpeptides.com. After reviewing the circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product or an account credit.
To request a review, please include:
- Photos or video of the product
- The lot and batch information
- How the product was stored, and how it was reconstituted
- The type and source of the diluent used
- Any other information we reasonably need to evaluate the issue
When a Claim May Be Denied
Submitting a request does not guarantee a replacement or credit. We may deny a claim when the information provided shows improper handling, improper storage or reconstitution, use of a third-party diluent, or any other circumstance outside our control.
Account Credits
If an account credit is approved, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply. Shipping and handling fees, payment processing fees, and sales tax are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit.
